Endpoint Client Application

The ScrewDrivers Endpoint Client gives you control over your printing configuration in remote sessions. While your administrator handles most settings, having access to this application lets you customize printer behavior and troubleshoot issues when needed.

What You'll Learn

This guide will walk you through:

  • Opening and navigating the Endpoint Client application
  • Understanding the four main tabs (Printers, General Settings, Logging, About)
  • Configuring printer priorities and availability
  • Adjusting printer-specific settings like rendering options
  • Setting up hold-and-release printing preferences
  • Enabling diagnostic logging when troubleshooting
  • Viewing version information and managing Citrix plugin registration

The Endpoint Client is especially useful if you're a power user who connects to multiple environments or needs fine-grained control over printer behavior.
