About Tab​

The About tab is your information center for the ScrewDrivers Endpoint Client installation. Here you'll find version details, registration options for Citrix environments, and quick access to help resources.

The tab shows you all the DLLs (Dynamic Link Libraries) that were installed with your Endpoint Client, listed alphabetically by name. Each DLL displays its version number, and if you hover your mouse over a DLL name, you'll see a tooltip showing the complete path to where that file is installed on your system. This is particularly useful when troubleshooting with support.

Citrix Plugin Registration​

If you're using Citrix, you've got the option here to register Tricerat's Citrix plugin. You can register it either for just your current user account or for all users on the machine.

If you need to re-register the Citrix plugin, the "For all users" option is generally your best choice. Most end users don't have the necessary permissions to run the registration for all users, so if you've got the permissions, use this option to avoid registration issues for other users on the same machine.

The tab also provides a Help link that takes you directly to documentation and support resources when you need assistance.
