About Tab​

The About tab is your go-to place for version information and technical details about your ScrewDrivers Scanning client installation. You'll find everything you need here when working with support or verifying that your client is up to date. The tab also provides a Help link that'll take you to documentation and support resources.

OptionDescription
RDP Plugin VersionThe version of the RDP plugin dll that the ScrewDrivers Scanning client software uses.
Install locationThe detected installation location for the ScrewDrivers Scanning client.
Register Citrix PluginIf you update the Citrix app after installing ScrewDrivers Scanning, then you might need to register the Tricerat plug-in again. You can register the plug-in for the current user or for all users. Tip: If you must re-register the Citrix plugin, then generally, the "For all users" option is the better selection as the typical end user does not have the correct permissions to execute this action.
Files InstalledA list of all the plugins (name and version) that the ScrewDrivers Session Agent automatically downloaded to the client for the purpose of upgrading the client and keeping the versions on the remote machine and the client in sync.
VersionThe major version for the ScrewDrivers Scanning client software.
