Service Pack 1 Required

Requirement**:** Before any Tricerat product can be successfully installed on Windows Server 2008 R2, a minimum of Service Pack 1 is required.

Best Practice**:** Download and install the latest Microsoft Service Pack for Windows Server 2008 R2 before installing any Tricerat products.

Windows Updates Required

Requirement**:** Before Simplify Lockdown can be successfully installed on Windows Server 2008 R2 KB3035131 and KB3033929 must be installed, in that order.

Best Practice**:** Download and install the latest Microsoft Windows Updates for Windows Server 2008 R2 and bring the machine current on all Windows Updates before installing any Tricerat products.
